Megan Weaver

Megan Weaver joined Silverman Thompson in 2024, bringing with her experience in insurance law, personal injury, and commercial litigation. The skills she developed in these areas augment her current focus on fiduciary litigation, where she works with Partner Ned Parent, handling a variety of estate, trust, and guardianship matters, including:

- disputes among trust beneficiaries,
- and petitions for judicial assumption of jurisdiction over a trust or to remove a personal representative of an estate.
